One of my favourite quick and healthy meals ill make is baked salmon with brown rice,
broccoli and asparagus. Do you cook fish? How do you like it cooked? I know
some people like to eat their salmon smoked, fresh raw, baked or seared. As
long as my salmon is cooked I am fine with it. I personally do not enjoy raw
salmon.
